For the purposes of these Terms:

• "International Driving Permit" (IDP) means the translation document issued by IAA that translates your domestic driver's license into multiple languages, designed to accompany your valid domestic driver's license when driving abroad.
• "Digital IDP" refers to the electronic version of the International Driving Permit delivered via email or accessible through your account.
• "Printed IDP" refers to the physical booklet and any accompanying plastic card shipped to your designated mailing address.
• "Application" means the form and supporting documents you submit to obtain an IDP through our Services.
• "Services" encompasses all products, features, and functionality offered through our Site, including but not limited to IDP applications, customer support, and related digital content.

3. Services

IAA provides a document translation service that produces an International Driving Permit based on the information you provide from your valid domestic driver's license. Our Services include:

• Processing and translation of your driver's license information into multiple languages
• Issuance of a digital and/or printed International Driving Permit
• Customer support related to your IDP application
• Access to educational content regarding international driving requirements

You acknowledge that:

• The IDP is a translation document only and is not a substitute for a valid domestic driver's license
• You must carry both your IDP and your valid domestic driver's license when driving abroad
• IAA does not issue government-issued driving licenses or permits
• Acceptance of the IDP is subject to the laws and regulations of each individual country

4. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process
• Possess a valid, unrestricted domestic driver's license at the time of application
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the IDP only for its intended purpose as a translation document accompanying your domestic driver's license
• Not use the IDP for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the IDP without our express written permission
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

5. Payment Terms

All fees for our Services are displayed on our Site and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated at the time of purchase.

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of application submission
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees

6. Refund Policy

To request a refund:

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of IAA or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written permission
• Use any IAA trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract content from the Site through automated means

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. IAA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the acceptance of the IDP in any specific jurisdiction.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
